Nour Scrubs, LLC - Methods for Exchanges & Returns


Initiating Returns and Exchanges:

  • Click "INITIATE RETURN/EXCHANGE" and provide your order number and email. Select the items you wish to return or exchange and complete the required details.
  • Ship the return or exchange items, along with the original packing slip, using the system-generated prepaid label.

Pre-Order Shipping Policy:

  • Shipping Date: Your pre-ordered item will be shipped on or before the estimated ship date, as indicated in the product description.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods, including standard, express, and overnight shipping.
  • Changes or Cancellations: You can cancel your pre-order or switch to another color or style at any time.

Domestic Shipping Policy:

  • Exchanges: Exchanges incur no restocking fee and are free of charge.
  • Returns: A flat rate restocking fee of $9.89 USD will be deducted from the refund amount for all returns, in accordance with the Return Policy.

International Shipping Policy:

  • Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer exchanges outside the U.S. To exchange an item for a different size or color, initiate a return for the unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the desired item(s).
  • Returns: The full cost of the return label in USD will be deducted from the refund amount for returns outside the U.S., as outlined in the Return Policy.

Credit:

  • Allow 7-14 business days to process your order.
  • Allow 72 hours for the credit to reflect on your statement.
  • You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.

Incorrect Item, Color, or Size:

To Initiate:

  • Initiate an exchange or return and email admin@nourscrubs.com, attaching a picture of the incorrect item, packing slip, and order number.
  • Ship the return or exchange items with the original packing slip, using the system-generated prepaid label. A team member will contact you.

Please Note:

Returns & Exchanges require initiation through the designated portal.

All Embroidered items are final sale.

Clearance items and Apparel are Final Sale.

Nour Scrubs, LLC is not responsible for shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other additional charges for returned items.
