Order Processing and Tracking:

  • Once your order begins processing, you will receive a separate email containing your tracking information.
  • Please note that it may take the shipping carrier some time to update the tracking link, allowing you to accurately track your shipment.

Customs and Duty Fees:

  • Nour Scrubs, LLC is not responsible for any customs or duty fees incurred during shipping, nor will these fees be reimbursed.
  • For information on customs or duty fees, please contact your local customs office.

Shipping Timeframe:

  • Most in-stock items typically ship within 5-7 days of ordering.
  • You will receive an email with a tracking link when your order ships. Note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update.

Delivery Responsibilities:

  • Nour Scrubs, LLC is not responsible for shipping deliveries/delays due to customs processes or transfers from USPS to local carriers in your country.
  • Delays may occur once the package leaves the U.S.

Lost or Stolen Shipments:

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or delayed shipments.
  • Customers can track their packages and, if needed, should contact USPS to open an investigation if tracking indicates delivery but the item is not received.

FREE Standard Shipping on U.S Orders $100+:

  • Enjoy FREE standard shipping on U.S orders totaling $150 or more.

Non-Shipping Days:

  • Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S nationally observed holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • International orders ship via USPS or FedEx with a 10-14 business day delivery period from the time of shipment.
  • If USPS is chosen as the shipping method for international orders, please be aware that tracking may cease after the package leaves the U.S., indicating a delivered status.
